What Happens After Payment?

You'll be sent a copy of the Receipt/Invoice to download. You will also receive confirmation and access to your Career Discovery program career assessments and can choose your preferred dates for your six 1:1 sessions with Lois. (Usually completed over a 8-12 week period, longer if you need). Then we begin!

  • What is the Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions?
    Due to the limited number of clients scheduled at one time, no refunds are offered. However, if you have difficulties with the program or have dire changed circumstances, please email me and we can discuss: lois@careerwisdom.com.au. Please note that the Career Discovery 1:1 component is usually done within 12 weeks, longer if you need, but must be completed within 6 months of purchase for continuity of our work together, and scheduling. Your 12 months of asynchronous support in addition to 1:1 sessions, begins from your first date of program access.

    Six deep dive, personalised 1:1 sessions with Lois via Zoom (60-90mins, depending on the session)

    A comprehensive Career Discovery program (full Career Discovery process including specialised assessments links, pre-work for sessions and materials, plus 1:1 sessions with Lois)

    A personalised Career Discovery report, 'IACT Tracker' Plan, plus suggestions of organisations and connections (warm introductions where possible) to help get you on your way, faster.

    A full 12 months of asynchronous support in addition to 1:1 (via a private platform) from before our first session and along the journey. (Your ideas and questions don't need to hold off until your next 1:1 session!).

    The Work Search Success Program (9 modules) plus a digital copy of the 'Make Your Move' book within the Career Wisdom studio - ongoing access. 

    12 months of masterclasses and pop-up workshops and connection events.

    Payment Details

    Choice of one payment or a 5 x monthly payment plan (deposit plus four monthly payments) no additional fees or interest charges to you.

    Payment will be deducted from your Credit Card securely via Stripe  automatically and you'll be emailed a receipt from Stripe.
